All custom masks are original, one-of-a-kind artworks created by hand. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Custom pieces are artist interpretations based on the ideas, themes, and reference materials you provide. Exact replicas cannot be guaranteed.
Due to the handmade nature of papier-mâché and mixed media, variations in texture, color, and finish are intentional and expected.
Reference images are accepted for inspiration only. Requests to recreate copyrighted characters, logos, or identifiable real persons will be declined.
Once a custom order has entered production, orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Minor adjustments may be considered at the artist’s discretion; major design changes after approval may incur additional fees.
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on complexity and current workload.
By commissioning a custom mask, you understand the final piece is a functional art object, intended for display or costume use, not for protective or safety purposes.
Placing a custom order constitutes acceptance of these terms.
